Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland), requiring presence in the office at least three days per week in Dublin.

What you will do

• Design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools for GTM use cases, including account research, next-best-action recommendations, and pipeline risk detection.
• Own the full lifecycle from problem definition and data modeling to building production-ready tools, including Python backends and React frontends.
• Rapidly prototype solutions with users and productionize quickly to iterate and deliver impact.
• Define success through real usage and measurable business impact (e.g., improved win rate, conversion, expansion).
• Evangelize and enable new tooling by documenting playbooks and running enablement sessions for leaders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of applied data science with measurable GTM impact.
• Experience with LLM/ML application, including RAG, prompt and tool design, vector search, and evals.
• Excellent SQL skills and fluency in Python or R, with experience applying analytical and statistical methods.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as DBT and Airflow for deploying reliable data workflows.
• Strong communication and empathy to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative product mindset to turn ambiguity into clear deliverables when working with Sales and Success teams.
