What you will do

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to inform and refine design concepts.
• Break down complex features into engineering tasks and rollout plans.
• Design and deliver features that have a direct impact on thousands of users.
• Experiment with and advocate for new systems, design patterns, and tooling.
• Improve service performance and address scalability limits.
• Participate in community events like hackathons and monthly frontend demos.

Requirements

• Several years of experience designing and engineering UIs.
• Mastery of the Javascript ecosystem and awareness of the latest frontend technologies.
• Ability to use design patterns to create simple and reusable components for complex UIs.
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms, profiling, and optimization.
• Value code simplicity, performance, and attention to detail.
• Eager to leverage AI tools to enhance coding and problem-solving.
