What you will do

• Manage and take ownership of programmatic display, video, and app campaigns, including RTB and YouTube.
• Set up, manage, and optimize brand and programmatic campaigns to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Optimize campaign performance across RTB platforms, consistently refining tactics for exceptional results.
• Initiate and manage the creative briefing process for YouTube ads, providing creative input.
• Develop insights, reporting, and analysis to inform local markets.
• Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Display, App, YouTube, and Programmatic advertising.
• Experience in display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad exchanges, DSP platforms (preferably DV360 & Adform).
• Experience in In-App advertising platforms (e.g., Liftoff, Moloco, Axon).
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in the iGaming Industry.
• Macros and SQL capabilities.
