Salary: €15.00 per hour (gross)

What you will do

• Enhance the quality of user-submitted study materials globally, including review, assessment, curation, and content moderation.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to facilitate clear communication with users.
• Maintain an up-to-date, organized, and well-structured database of courses and institutions.
• Provide support to strategic teams on various ad-hoc projects, such as conducting research on educational systems.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (fixed contract), including some weekend hours.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands, and currently living in or around Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam, or Utrecht.
• A student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Methodical, organized, focused, and hardworking, with an ability to perform well under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.

• Fluent in one other European language.
