Коллеги, добрый день! Ищу C&B Менеджера со свободным английским в международную компанию. Москва, 5/2 офис.
• Program Design & Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage the company's compensation philosophy and structure (e.g., grade levels, salary ranges, job leveling).
• Market Benchmarking: Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking surveys (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford) to ensure competitive positioning. Analyze data and make recommendations for base pay, short-term incentives (bonuses), and long-term incentives (equity).
• Benefits Strategy: Lead the evaluation, design, and renewal process for health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks. Focus on enhancing the employee value proposition while managing costs.
• Incentive Plan Management: Design and administer variable pay programs, sales compensation plans, and annual bonus cycles in collaboration with Finance and business leaders.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation and Benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial or specialist role within a COE environment.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits program design.
• Experience with market benchmarking and survey participation.
