What you will do

• Design intuitive, AI-powered sales enablement tools and user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and deliver best-in-class UX.
• Partner with the research team to discover user needs and validate design solutions.
• Deliver consistent high-quality design and be an expert in feedback processes.
• Apply visual design principles (typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy) to create compelling interfaces.
• Create high-fidelity Figma prototypes to demonstrate ideas and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and solid design fundamentals.
• 4+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS web applications.
• Proficiency in user-centered design processes and high-fidelity UI/interaction design in Figma.
• Experience thinking strategically about product vision and partnering with product managers.
• Strong understanding of design processes and the full development cycle for web applications.
• A link to your portfolio is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, & Javascript fundamentals.
• Background in designing AI-first interfaces or assistants.
