What you will do

• Partner with product engineering squads to ensure production reliability for high-SLA customer environments.
• Design and implement automation to scale reliability practices and proactively reduce SLO burn.
• Define and evolve per-tenant SLOs and reliability models, ensuring customers meet targets.
• Serve as a primary escalation point, participate in on-call rotations, and lead customer-impacting incident response.
• Contribute to design documents, code reviews, and influence feature design for scalability and operability.
• Improve alert quality, reduce noisy escalations, and build automation to eliminate toil.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in SRE/CRE/production engineering.
• Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet).
• Experience operating multi-tenant systems in production and designing/implementing SLOs.
• Proficiency with one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java).
• Experience with Linux operating systems internals, networking, cloud storage, and scaling.
• English: B2 required
