Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and professional development.
• Partner with P&C and MarCom on organizational change initiatives, communication strategies, and adoption plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall frameworks effectively based on project needs and coach teams on best practices for hybrid delivery models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of program/project management experience in product, software, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record managing programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
