Senior Manager, PMO: Leading and overseeing multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Focus on enterprise level reporting to leadership to ensure alignment across the enterprise.
Location: Flexible work location (on-site offices in Toronto, Montreal and Richmond, remote – work from home, hybrid as required per role).
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and professional development.
- Partner with P&C and MarCom on organizational change initiatives, communication strategies, and adoption plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall frameworks effectively based on project needs and coach teams on best practices for hybrid delivery models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of program/project management experience in product, software, or technology-driven environments.
- Proven track record managing programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
