What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of web interfaces, microsites, and digital campaigns.
• Create high-quality print materials including brochures, flyers, and event collaterals.
• Develop digital assets for social media, emailers, presentations, and internal communications.
• Apply design systems and brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
• Review and guide junior designers’ work, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic and digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, print, and digital design work.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and generative design tools.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare design (if applicable).
