What you will do
- Coordinate deployment schedules, logistics, and resources.
- Manage transport, equipment, labour, and fuel deliveries.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Track equipment and update internal systems.
- Support communication across operational, technical, and commercial teams.
- Help ensure excellent customer experience throughout deployments.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, logistics, or project administration.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Confident using MS Office.
- Passion for clean energy and contributing to real-world impact.
- Must be based onsite in Sheffield, UK.
Nice to have
- SAP or MS Project experience.
