Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Assisting students in Queens to develop communication abilities by providing individualized therapy and comprehensive assessments with an accent on evidence-based methods and collaboration with school teams. Location: On-site in Queens, New York, following the NYC DOE calendar. Services will be delivered at schools in the Queens area.
Salary: $75–$180 per hour.

is seeking to provide vital speech-language pathology support to students in NYC Department of Education (DOE) schools.
What you will do
- Provide direct, high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective treatment plans customized to student needs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school professionals to foster a holistic learning environment.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all services, progress, and outcomes.
- Participate actively in IESP/IEP meetings, offering expert insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Current valid NYS license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a school-based setting.
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and teletherapy platforms.
- NYC DOE fingerprinting and vendor status required or willingness to complete prior to start.
