What you will do

• Take ownership of the mobile app built with React Native (Expo, TypeScript).
• Build, improve, and refactor with long-term scalability and performance in mind.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to create smooth, intuitive user experiences.
• Make technical decisions to ensure the app is fast, stable, and easy to maintain on Android and iOS.
• Set up and maintain releases, CI/CD, and app store deployments.
• Monitor performance, tracking, and crashes to proactively fix issues.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience (4–5+ years) in mobile development, including solid React Native experience.
• Comfortable owning a mobile app and making independent technical decisions.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and app lifecycle.
• Experience with backend-as-a-service tools (Firebase, Supabase, or similar).
• Confident with CI/CD pipelines and publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.
• Experience with analytics, tracking, crash reporting, and monitoring tools.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
