Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or operational support role with a desire to move into a tech or product role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong judgment in prioritization and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear requirements and proactively spot issues.
• Business-level English and conversational Japanese (N3 or above).
