What you will do

• Build and scale community programs that drive engagement, learning, and growth across the hirify.global and Siemens ecosystems.
• Be the quality gatekeeper for all community-facing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with Siemens’ brand.
• Actively connect with users, partners, and customers to understand their needs, challenges, and ideas.
• Translate community feedback and insights into clear recommendations for product and UX improvements.
• Lead the communication of release updates, new features, and product improvements across the project portfolio.
• Act as a product owner for the hirify.global Forum, shaping its experience and prioritizing improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community, program, or project management, ideally in Tech or SaaS.
• A keen eye for detail and design, ensuring communication looks polished and consistent.
• Ability to listen deeply and think critically, translating user insights into action.
• Organised and proactive, with a talent for turning ideas into structured, scalable programs.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, whether writing updates or moderating discussions.
• Understand developer communities and have a strong interest in how people interact with digital products.

Nice to have

• Experience running community or partner programs.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global Platform, Software in Factory automation, or AI in Industry.
• A background in working with product teams or forum/community platforms.
• PowerPoint and copywriting skills that make complex information effortless.
• Creative in concept and editing of shorter videos.
• Experience in structured online/offline event management.
