What you will do

• Design and lead structured player research and playtesting across multiple titles, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Translate player behavior, feedback, and data into clear, decision-ready insights for product teams.
• Analyze and communicate patterns in retention, engagement, stability, progression, and moment-to-moment player experience.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, developers, Publishing Producers, and Brand teams to align efforts around a shared understanding of the player journey.
• Improve how insight is shared by contributing templates, best practices, and clear ways of working to reduce friction.
• Support and mentor others in Player Experience craft through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Senior experience in UX, player research, analytics, product, or a closely related discipline within games is required.
• Comfortable designing studies, running playtests, and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative findings.
• Ability to move from observation to insight, and from insight to action.
• Communicate clearly and calmly with developers and stakeholders, even when findings challenge assumptions.
• Deeply care about understanding players and helping teams act on that understanding.
• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden, with flexibility to work from home part-time.
