Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture, with a proven track record of building production-ready AI systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges and a love for mentorship.
• Deep understanding of modern AI architectures and excitement for designing adaptable systems.
• Hands-on experience with the latest AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices.
• Ability to thrive on variety and get energized by jumping between different technical domains, industries, and problem types.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills to convey complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders.
• Genuine excitement about AI's potential to transform industries and a desire to be the architect behind those transformations.
