What you will do

• Build and optimize a high-performance Android SDK, efficiently processing camera frames for ML libraries.
• Contribute to the migration of the SDK from Java to Kotlin while maintaining current MVP architecture with RxJava.
• Participate in Git feature workflow, including creating and reviewing pull requests for code quality.
• Engage actively in bi-weekly sprints and daily standups within an agile team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and QA to ensure top-tier performance and user experience.
• Optimize the SDK to minimize size without sacrificing performance across mobile ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional Android native development experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Strong understanding of Android design principles, interface guidelines, and camera functionality.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, MVP architecture, Compose, REST APIs, and Git.
• Experience working in Agile environments (SCRUM or Kanban).
• Must be based in Serbia.

Nice to have

• SDK development experience.
• Familiarity with Dependency Injection frameworks.
• Experience with RxJava.
• Understanding of AWS, machine learning, or image processing.
