What you will do

• Translate ML requirements into executable and scalable labeling tasks.
• Partner with ML stakeholders to define, iterate, and maintain labeling ontologies and guidelines.
• Ensure labeled datasets meet ML readiness standards for training, evaluation, and experimentation.
• Coordinate labeling capacity and sequencing to support ML roadmaps.
• Build and manage domain-specific labeling squads for ML use cases.
• Identify data quality risks and misalignment early and drive resolution.

Requirements

• Experience working in data operations, ML-adjacent programs, or labeling environments.
• Strong ability to reason about data quality, schemas, and labeling definitions.
• Comfortable working with ML or data science teams in technical contexts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to challenge requirements constructively.
• Experience coordinating complex, time-sensitive projects.
