What you will do
- Lead and develop five Provider Partnerships Regional Managers (PPRMs), ensuring managerial excellence and accountability.
- Drive consistent regional execution by upholding shared standards across performance management, territory strategy, and coaching.
- Translate cross-functional priorities into clear, field-ready action plans with defined KPIs.
- Support and help lead enterprise health system partnerships, collaborating to drive adoption and expansion.
- Act as a connective tissue between the field and HQ, partnering with various teams to remove systemic blockers and scale successful strategies.
- Identify emerging leaders, manage hiring and promotion decisions, and foster a patient-first culture.
Requirements
- Experience as a manager-of-managers with a track record of developing strong leaders.
- Proven experience managing managers in a high-growth, field-based sales organization, with a strong preference for healthcare experience.
- Exposure to large, complex health system or enterprise partnerships, comfortable in senior-level external conversations.
- Strong talent judgment in hiring, promoting, and performance-managing leaders with fairness and decisiveness.
- Ability to communicate clearly and partner cross-functionally to turn strategy into simple, repeatable execution.
- Driven by transforming healthcare through better nutrition, with a patient-first mindset.
