What you will do

• Design, build, and ship cutting-edge products and features.
• Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes, tools, and systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and analytics to solve challenging and impactful problems.
• Contribute to project estimations, planning, and execution.
• Maintain and elevate the existing codebase.
• Write clean, fully-tested, high-performance code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• 8+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience.
• 4+ years experience with React, Typescript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Amplitude, including Mobile Engineering experience (React Native).
• Ability to independently take a project from idea through implementation and run toward hard problems.
• Passion for building products end-to-end, through the design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.
• Ability to think from first principles, challenge assumptions, and value the right answer.

Nice to have

• Comfort in defining and solving ambiguous problems.
• Startup or Scale Up experience.
• Familiarity with interviewing.
