TL;DR

Employer Strategy Director (Healthcare): Building and optimizing hirify.global’s employer channel from the ground up with an accent on defining vision, strategy, and market positioning. Focus on establishing and leading employer partnerships and designing a repeatable employer activation model.

Location: NYC-based candidates only, with expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week. Occasional travel expected. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Own and build hirify.global’s employer strategy, vision, and roadmap from the ground up.
  • Serve as the GM for the employer channel, managing it end-to-end for results and evolution.
  • Establish and lead employer partnerships with benefit leaders and brokers.
  • Shape hirify.global’s employer market positioning and value proposition.
  • Design and prove a repeatable employer activation model.
  • Partner cross-functionally, bringing employer insights to inform company strategy.

Requirements

  • ~8–10 years of experience in strategy work (management consulting, business operations).
  • Experience in commercial, Go-to-Market (GTM), or growth initiatives, ideally in healthcare.
  • Strong commercial mindset and executive presence to influence VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading complex, senior-level client or stakeholder conversations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be based in NYC (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week).
