Product Designer

What you will do

• Design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives, delivering measurable impact.
• Create high-quality visual designs and user interfaces that align with the design system.
• Take ownership of moderately complex design challenges and work autonomously.
• Develop prototypes using Figma and other tools to communicate design ideas.
• Contribute to UX research efforts, including usability testing and user interviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to bring designs to life.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product design for digital products.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics, with a generalist background across UX and UI design.
• Demonstrated experience working with design systems, either contributing to or implementing them.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design system tools.
• Basic understanding of UX research methods, including usability testing.
• Strong collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Experience with component-based design and atomic design principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Interest in B2B products or enterprise software.
