TL;DR

Regional Account Manager (LegalTech): Drive sales and manage relationships with industry stakeholders and clients, focusing on onboarding, support, and retention for legal practice management software. Focus on identifying prospects, resolving client issues, and providing training on GhostPractice functionality.

Location: Hybrid in Namibia. All applicants must have the legal right to live and work in Namibia.

What you will do

  • Identify prospects and manage the end-to-end sales process to close deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Industry Stakeholders and promote GhostPractice solutions.
  • Implement GhostPractice software, including installation, data conversion, functional testing, and project management.
  • Provide client support and training on all GhostPractice system functionalities.
  • Perform account management functions, including data extraction, CRM maintenance, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans (spoken & written).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook and Excel.
  • Good planning, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Bookkeeping skills (legal bookkeeping an advantage).
  • Superior working knowledge of GhostPractice or similar software programs.
  • 5+ years of local legal industry experience.
  • Legal right to live and work in Namibia.
