What you will do

• Lead and deliver fullstack projects from design through deployment with 4–6 week timelines.
• Own Shared Services architecture, standards, and reliability (authentication, user management, workflow orchestration, patient profiles).
• Champion automated testing, code quality, and best practices.
• Collaborate with and mentor teammates to elevate technical standards and share knowledge.
• Deploy meaningful code into production and lead projects to completion within 60 days.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with TypeScript and React.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs (design, implementation, semantics).
• Ability to break down complex product requirements and UI designs into manageable tasks.
• Strong backend and database skills for delivering fullstack projects end-to-end.
• Track record of leading complex projects with accountability, quality, and timeliness.
• Experience in late-stage startups or fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Passion for testing, automation, and technical excellence.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
