What you will do

• Manage project teams, ensuring the timely completion of work.
• Provide guidance through all stages of the project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing.
• Conduct efficient and meticulous planning of project scope, identifying and managing risks and changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence proficiently for project tracking, management, and maintaining high standards of documentation.
• Manage task priorities and resources, ensuring tasks are ready for execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager in software development or game development.
• Solid experience with both Fixed price and Time & Material projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Project Lifecycle – from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to manage project risks and changes effectively.
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Understanding of project management principles, discipline, systematicity, proactive communication, and analytical thinking.

• Experience with different game development projects or in the gaming industry.
• Knowledge of game development processes, services, and technologies.
