Sponsorship Success Specialist: Project managing and executing sponsorship campaigns for sports organizations, managing partner relationships, and onboarding new partners. Focus on strategic project and relationship management, and scaling sponsorship execution for clients.

Location: Remote within the US, excluding residents of Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia. Must be a permanent US resident.

Salary: $48,600 (minimum starting point, inclusive of base and bonus)

What you will do

• Project manage and execute campaign projects to support sponsor goals.
• Support sports organization onboarding for sponsor campaigns and facilitate matchmaking.
• Manage prospecting with predominantly low-tier and mid-tier clients.
• Work cross-functionally with client success and operations teams.
• Support sports organization partners with superior customer service.
• Manage, develop, support, and improve day-to-day operational processes for sponsorships.

Requirements

• Solutions-oriented problem solver who proactively identifies problems and proposes solutions.
• Highly organized, able to project-manage, prioritize, and manage many tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport and gain trust to establish strong relationships with ease.
• Mastered communication skills: direct, succinct, proactive, and charismatic.
• Passion for making youth sports more accessible.
• Proficient with or able to quickly learn Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Airtable, and Hubspot.
