Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote, must be a permanent US resident. Not hiring in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia.

Salary: $130,000 (inclusive of base and bonus).

What you will do

• Design high-impact, consistent, and intuitive user experiences across platforms.
• Conduct user research and leverage insights to define product requirements.
• Use a data-driven approach to tie design decisions to user research, balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to refine requirements and validate designs.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
• Shape, improve, and maintain the hirify.global design system.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer building digital products.
• Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
• Online portfolio demonstrating strong UX and creative solutions with success metrics.
• Expertise in using Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience working in tight collaboration and influencing product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and cost/benefit tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Experience in web and app development.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C software.
