What you will do

• Work with data products, raw data, campaign facts, and growth insights to help customers improve campaign performance and maximize business goals.
• Perform data gathering, analysis, and effectively communicate presentations and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Create custom visual displays of quantitative information through writing queries, scripts, and developing automated reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale.
• Verify data obtained from ad exchanges and mobile-app tracking solutions to confirm campaign models are trained with the most accurate engagement data.
• Engage in the life cycle of campaigns, from monitoring daily performance to partnering with sales teams on bespoke analysis for clients.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to help hirify.global focus on decisions that improve products and services, with a focus on client growth.

Requirements

• Current student in a Bachelor's or Master’s program or a recent graduate.
• Able to complete an internship of at least 6 months.
• Strong knowledge and experience in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and various statistical analysis such as regression or time-series analysis.
• Experience in Python and SQL is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present information and analysis results effectively to technical and less technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable balancing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritizing work based on business needs.
