Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must be located in the Mid Atlantic region (DC, Maryland, Virginia + Carolinas)

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 USD base, $300,000 - $320,000 USD OTE + equity.

What you will do

• Act as a change agent and educator, not just a salesperson.
• Understand hirify.global's offerings and how they address customer's business problems.
• Introduce hirify.global to customers and build relationships to convert them into customers.
• Engage with new prospective customers, building personal relationships and presenting hirify.global's value.
• Provide market feedback to improve hirify.global's positioning and offerings.
• Own the full sales cycle with technical proficiency; familiarity with MEDDPIC is a plus.

Requirements

• A real passion for consultative, customer-focused sales based on transparency, honesty, and integrity.
• A deep understanding of information security technologies, products, and services.
• Resiliency to overcome setbacks and challenges.
• Empathy for clients and their challenges.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical buyers.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 in enterprise information security sales.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
