Salary: $90,000–$120,000 (plus equity)

What you will do

• Drive client growth and operational metrics through optimization and new initiatives.
• Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation for scalability.
• Ensure efficient and timely execution of internal operations projects.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, billing, and other teams.
• Act as primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Contribute to designing and implementing scalable and efficient systems and processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Expertise in project management with experience deploying multiple projects.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing effectively.
• Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
• Must be located in the United States, with preference for Central and Eastern time zones.
• Ability to travel 5-10% required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Prior startup experience.
