What you will do

• Lead migration strategy and planning, assessing EMR data models and defining scope, timelines, and resourcing.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to develop data mapping specifications (e.g., HL7 → FHIR) and oversee ETL processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer technical and operational teams, driving cross-functional alignment.
• Design and enforce data validation protocols, conducting test migrations, sampling, and post-go-live audits.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, checklists, and standard operating procedures, implementing process improvements.
• Train internal teams, customer admins, and offshore QA teams on migration best practices, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations management, technical program management, and/or implementation leadership roles.
• Client-facing experience.
• Experience with Python and popular data frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with OCR frameworks (e.g., Tesseract, AWS Textract).

Nice to have

• Experience managing EMR data migrations (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks).
