Enterprise Accounting Success Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be located in the Bay Area and will require travel to customers in territory.

Salary: $96,000–$144,000 base pay, plus up to a 15% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
• Deliver consultative solutions, product assistance, and training to help clients achieve their accounting operational goals.
• Drive engagement through inquiries, training, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executive business reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product/Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services.
• Manage client renewal processes in partnership with Account Management and strategize to expand the pipeline.
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans for each customer, outlining goals, timelines, and expansion blueprints.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant fields.
• 5+ years of private or public accounting experience required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects; meeting deadlines and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience, specifically working with corporate and enterprise clients.
• CPA or related professional accounting certification.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or other close management tools.
