What you will do

• Design and implement scalable and reliable data architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new data sources.
• Ensure data integrity and security in developing and maintaining our data infrastructure.
• Optimize data processing and storage to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
• Document data architecture and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with experience in designing scalable data architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Expertise with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
• Proven expertise in modeling data using SQL.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake’s architecture and ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Formal certifications from Snowflake and dbt.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, RDS, Batch, Lambda, and Glue.
• Experience in implementing data governance.
• Experience with Terraform.
