What you will do
- Manage incidents according to defined processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to service targets.
- Receive, analyze, and prioritize incoming tickets, assigning them to appropriate teams and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within IT infrastructure environments.
- Identify recurring problems through root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
- Effectively communicate status updates, outages, and other important information to stakeholders.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to ensure system stability and availability.
Requirements
- Strong experience in incident management, ticket handling, and issue resolution within IT infrastructure environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, VB, .NET, Red Hat Linux, Shell Script, Java, and OpenShift.
- High level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and communication ability.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Ability to provide support during production hours, including night shifts and on-call rotations.
