Senior Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making with an accent on defining/improving product performance metrics and assessing solutions through backtesting, A/B testing, and modeling. Focus on uncovering complex patterns, optimizing operations efficiency, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Location: Onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Relocation support is provided for you and your family.

Salary: €4,000+/month net

What you will do

• Define and improve metrics representing the product’s performance and operations efficiency.
• Collect, clean, organize, and transform raw data from multiple sources.
• Search for inefficiencies and suggest data-driven solutions.
• Assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing, and modeling.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve the data landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Python (pandas, visualization and ML packages).
• Understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and hypothesis testing.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with Spark.
• Experience with Metabase and/or Grafana.
