What you will do

• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, verifying product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives and coordinate order changes/escalations with customer service.
• Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers.
• Track overall account activity for assigned customer groups and generate reports on market conditions and sales performance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams like credit, logistics, and supply chain.
• Communicate order status updates to stakeholders and handle routine issues, escalating complex ones when needed.

Requirements

• College graduate; or High School Diploma with at least 3 years functional experience.
• At least 2 years of BPO experience (any LOB).
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution industry is a huge advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc).
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly in Taguig City, Philippines.
