What you will do

• Lead strategic presales engagements for Retail solutions, including workshops and executive briefings.
• Architect end-to-end business/domain architecture aligned with enterprise IT landscapes and business transformation goals.
• Define business domain blueprints, modernization roadmaps, and reusable frameworks.
• Own solution design, estimation, and proposal development for complex RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, engineering, and product) to craft differentiated value propositions.
• Present strategies and solutions to senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects.

Requirements

• Experience: 15 to 25 years as a Presales Solution Architect.
• Deep understanding of Retail industry business processes and typical IT systems/platforms.
• Techno-functional orientation with strong domain knowledge and IT/software development understanding.
• Ability to perform functional design for Retail applications and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
