What you will do

• Own functional testing activities for ITSM modules and end-to-end service workflows.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and regression test suites.
• Validate integrations on a functional level (email notifications, APIs, external systems).
• Collaborate with BA/PO to clarify requirements and provide early quality feedback.
• Lead defect triage sessions and contribute to risk assessment.
• Provide structured test reporting and communicate quality status to stakeholders, supporting UAT activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Manual QA.
• Strong experience in test planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Strong skills in test analysis, test design, and test documentation.
• Practical knowledge of ITSM processes and hands-on experience testing service workflows.
• Experience with at least one ITSM tool: SMAX, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive testing activities.
• German language proficiency: B2+/C1.
• English level: B2 or higher.
