What you will do

• Gather requirements, create research plans, conduct user design research, and incorporate findings into product designs and strategies.
• Design and facilitate workshops with international clients and hirify.global stakeholders.
• Develop wireframes, workflows, and prototypes for digital products and services.
• Collaborate with Change Management consultants to produce insight-based, user-focused communication.
• Manage all phases of the design process, from understanding business goals to finalizing interactions and delivering visual assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UX/UI field.
• Experience conducting design research with both internal and external clients.
• Willingness to manage IT projects involving new technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A consultant-oriented approach, including openness to ongoing problem-solving and proactive communication.
• Proficiency in English with confidence in communicating with international clients and colleagues.
