What you will do

• Lead project planning, implementation, and daily management, ensuring rigorous control over costs, staffing, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to facilitate communication and align internal resources for project delivery and customer success.
• Collaborate with front-end business and pre-sales teams to provide technical support and guide client expectations.
• Analyze client organizational structures, decision-making processes, and digital maturity to formulate tailored delivery strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of professional experience in ToB (Enterprise) services.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in overseas delivery within specialized industries such as Government (GovTech), Transportation, or Telecommunications (Carriers).
• Ability to rapidly master new industry business logics and adapt to evolving digital transformation landscapes.
