What you will do

• Design and evolve the Shhirify.global web platform’s architecture, performance, and developer tooling.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-service initiatives for asset delivery and HTML processing.
• Partner with various teams to ensure hirify.global’s web experience is fast, stable, and accessible globally.
• Mentor and coach other engineers, raising the bar for web engineering across hirify.global.
• Contribute to the web platform strategy and roadmap for performance, observability, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of leading projects cross-functionally.
• Deep experience with modern web platform engineering, including TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and bundlers (e.g., Vite, Rollup, Webpack).
• Experience with one or more front-end web frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Lit.
• Proven track record in enabling a strong testing culture and improving system resiliency and fault tolerance.
• Ability to profile and tune performance of network calls, rendering, or data access paths.
