Salary: $127,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Design experiences across the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring content is seamlessly integrated into the user experience.
• Write, edit, and test clear cross-channel communications, including product flows, transactional emails, and terminology.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, marketers, data scientists, and engineers to solve design problems.
• Conduct and collaborate on user research, testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Validate design decisions through rapid prototyping and experimentation.
• Help shape internal content patterns with consistency and efficiency in mind.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX writing or content design.
• A curious and relentless problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
• A fierce advocate for users and their experience, passionate about the role content plays.
• Ability to break down and simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand messages.
• Experience in systems thinking, creating content with consistency and scale in mind.
• Highly collaborative with an eagerness to learn.
