Salary: $171,000–$256,600 CAD

• Act as a technical stakeholder for multiple projects, defining the technical roadmap.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges that unblock product opportunities.

• Simplify coding patterns, interfaces, and abstractions.
• Review and provide feedback on peer's code.

Requirements

• Experience building web applications at scale with Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to master new technologies quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated success in mentorship within software development using Agile processes for large-scale SaaS products.
• Diverse knowledge base to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Work authorization for Canada or the USA is required.
