TL;DR

Associate Account Developer: Helping teams across the world to be more successful with hirify.global by onboarding customers, optimizing product usage, and driving adoption, with an accent on understanding customer goals and delivering hirify.global value through proactive outreach. Focus on maximizing customer lifetime, driving net retention via upsell and cross-sell, and managing sales interactions.

Location: Hybrid in Nicosia, requiring 2-3 in-office days per week. Work will be an evening shift (16:30 - 01:00) CEST, near our office hubs in Nicosia, San Diego, Prague, Dublin, and Tallinn.

What you will do

  • Understand customer use cases and work processes to provide the best guidance on how to optimize hirify.global usage.
  • Proactively reach out to customers via email and phone calls to help them use hirify.global efficiently and share best practices.
  • Maximize customer lifetime by helping them unlock the most product value.
  • Drive product adoption across the customers’ teams.
  • Drive Net Retention via upsell and cross-sell.
  • Prepare to cover the sales side of customer interaction, including delivering sales demos, negotiating price, managing the pipeline, processing, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, etc.).
  • Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen business sense to discover and understand customer business objectives and pain points.
  • Willingness to dive into technical details of the product to understand it thoroughly.
  • Preparedness to work an evening shift (16:30 - 01:00) CEST.
  • Great people skills, including being genuine, empathetic, and showing tact and poise under pressure.
  • Excellent organization, note-taking, and time management skills.
