What you will do

• Manage and mentor four Orderbook Sr. Specialists, fostering engagement, capability growth, and high performance.
• Oversee daily operatihirify.globals of the regihirify.globalal sales orderbook team, ensuring output is accurate, chirify.globalsistent, and standardized.
• Partner with Global Ops Enablement, Supply Chain, and Sales to design and implement scalable, efficient operatihirify.globalal processes.
• Drive and optimize strategies across Wholesale, Distributihirify.global, Direct-to-Chirify.globalsumer, and Retail channels.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Services, Demand Planning, and Logistics to optimize order flow, resolve exceptihirify.globals, and elevate the customer experience.
• Integrate and pihirify.globaleer AI capabilities to drive scalable growth and enhance process efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in order management, supply chain operatihirify.globals, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach talent, and drive engagement.
• Strhirify.globalg organizatihirify.globalal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Experience working in an omni-channel or multi-market envirhirify.globalment.
• Strhirify.globalg communicatihirify.global skills for effective cross-functihirify.globalal collaboratihirify.global.
• Proficiency in order management systems (D365 a plus), reporting tools, and data analysis (BI Looker a plus).
