Trade Marketing Analyst: Manages trade marketing activities and promotions for the Consumer and Commercial lines, while supporting training initiatives for both business units with an accent on increasing sales and strengthening overall brand value. Focus on collecting and analyzing sales, identifying trends, opportunities, and performance gaps to improve performance with dealers.

What you will do
- Collect and analyze sales, market to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Execute trade marketing plans, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store visibility initiatives.
- Partner with sales teams to align on goals, support their efforts, and ensure effective execution of trade marketing plans.
- Coordinate with retailers and distributors to ensure proper product placement and merchandising.
- Oversee trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and tracking return on investment (ROI).
- Generate reports, provide insights to sales team, and recommend actions to improve performance with dealers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in marketing, communications, business, or related).
- Experience in Marketing or Sales areas (minimum of 1 - 3 years).
- Strong interest in data analysis and synthesis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with particular emphasis on Excel (formulas, pivot tables,) and Power Point.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have
- Desirable knowledge in Tableau or Power BI.
