What you will do
- Define and execute market entry and growth strategy for the Netherlands.
- Design and lead go-to-market strategy, including digital acquisition, partnerships, and sales.
- Act as the first Sales Manager, owning sales execution and building strategic partnerships.
- Oversee operational launch, customer journeys, sales processes, and support setup.
- Hire, lead, and scale the local Dutch team, fostering a strong local culture.
- Act as ' public representative in the Netherlands to partners, regulators, and the ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in high-responsibility roles, scaling a business for at least 2–3 years.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and autonomy.
- Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (C1).
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Amsterdam.
- Available to come to France for onboarding.
