Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in operations management, strategy, or a related role.
• Experience in the Payments Industry, Fintechs, and Digital Banks.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver results.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Availability to travel.
