What you will do

• Own the short and long-term technical vision for your engineering squad.
• Be responsible for major technical decisions and influence team direction.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers.
• Improve technical quality through design and code reviews.
• Share technical knowledge via talks and blog posts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles (designing APIs, abstractions, and tools).
• 15+ years of industry experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft .NET technology stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases.
• Proficiency with HTML5, JavaScript, Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, and performance monitoring.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Typescript.
• Experience with React.
