What you will do

• Develop and oversee the design of a comprehensive Investment Management architecture blueprint aligned with business and technology strategic goals.
• Analyze and develop a robust model connecting business strategies with business goals, ensuring alignment and coherence.
• Collaborate with senior management, business leaders, and IT architecture teams to link strategies and roadmaps with operational decisions.
• Create and maintain capability models to facilitate the identification of innovative and effective solutions for business challenges.
• Facilitate the translation of business pain points and future state capabilities into solution needs to inform future state architectures.
• Provide recommendations on system options, risks, cost/benefit analysis, and impact on cross-domain systems, business strategy, goals, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of related Strategy, Architecture or Leadership experience.
• 5 years of Investment Management technology experience.
• In-depth knowledge of business architecture methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business strategies with operational decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
• Strong experience in Business Architecture and Design patterns.
• Developed acumen in Domain Driven Design.

Nice to have

• Experience with Investment Management Business Platforms like Eagle, Aladdin, Clearwater, SimCorp, Calypso, or Murex.
• Experience in business data management platforms, design, and integrations.
• Understanding of the impact of technology use on business results.
